Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and returned with original tags and packaging intact. Final sale, custom, and personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange. A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved refunds. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@fabmark.com so we can resolve it.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Banks may take additional time to process the refund.
