Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment, unless otherwise stated
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details
Estimated Delivery Times
Fabmark operates fulfillment centers in Canada, the United States, and India, allowing us to ship orders based on availability and destination.
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Canada: 5–15 business days
- United States: 5–15 business days
- International (outside USA & Canada): 7–15 business days
Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed
- Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local postal services, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control
Returns & Exchanges – Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- If a refund is approved, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount, where applicable
- Exchange delivery times may vary depending on location and processing timelines
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments:

Delivery Delays & Liability
Fabmark is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

- Postal or courier service disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the courier.
