Overview

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be approved.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In the same condition as received
  • With all original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange request, please email support@fabmark.com with complete transaction details.

Your email must include all of the following:

  • Customer order number
  • Invoice number
  • Product code(s)
  • Value of the product(s)
  • Nature of request (Return or Exchange)
  • Reason for the request

Requests submitted without complete information may be delayed or declined.

If your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from approved refunds
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.


Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@fabmark.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale items
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Personal care or beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Subscriptions or memberships (including Fabmark VIP and similar programs)

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.


European Union (EU) 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn or unused
  • With original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Restocking fees and return shipping charges may still apply where permitted by law.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted
  • Processing time is up to 10 business days

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact support@fabmark.com.


Subscriptions & Memberships

Some products or services may be offered as subscriptions, memberships, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy. The following terms apply:

Subscription Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be requested via support@fabmark.com
  • Requests may take up to 3 business days to process
  • Renewals processed during this period may not be refundable
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • No prorated refunds for partially used subscription periods
  • Cancellation is only complete once written confirmation is provided

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders may require partial or no upfront payment
  • You may cancel a partially paid pre-order before fulfillment
  • Once fulfilled, orders are subject to this return policy

Try Before You Buy

  • Your payment method will be authorized prior to shipment
  • You will have a defined evaluation period
  • If the item is not returned within that period, the full amount will be charged

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging, and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@fabmark.com.


Subscriptions and memberships

Some items may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try before you buy. The following applies to subscriptions and memberships:

  • How to cancel: Subscription cancellations cannot be managed through your account. To cancel, you must contact support@fabmark.com.
  • Processing time: Please allow up to 3 business days for cancellation requests to be processed. If a renewal charge occurs during this time, it may not be refunded.
  • Effective date: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partially used subscription periods.
  • Confirmation: Your cancellation is not complete until you receive written confirmation from our support team.

Pre-orders

For pre-orders, we may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the balance at a future date.

  • You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.
  • If the order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a refund in line with this policy.

Try before you buy

For try-before-you-buy items, we authorize your payment method before fulfillment. You have a set evaluation period to decide if you want to keep the item. If you do not return the item within that period, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
