Dispatch Time
All Fabmark products are made to order.
We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders within 7–10 working days from the date the order is placed and accepted. An estimated delivery timeline will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery Charges (Domestic)

There are no hidden or additional charges. The total payable amount is exactly as shown on the product page and at checkout.
Delivery Time
Delivery timelines may vary based on the product, delivery location, and logistics partner. Once dispatched, we endeavour to deliver orders within 48–72 hours, excluding public holidays.

International Shipping
We offer FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING on orders above $100 USD.
All customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer.
International Delivery Time
Delivery timelines depend on destination and logistics services.
International orders are typically delivered within 1–4 weeks from the date of dispatch.
International Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that exchanges or returns may be required in certain cases.
To initiate a request, please email support@fabmark.com with the following details:
- Customer Order Number
- Invoice Number
- Product Code(s)
- Product Value
- Nature of Request: Exchange / Return
- Reason for Request
Once reviewed and approved, you will receive an email with further instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
🔹 For international orders, return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
🔹 Requests not following the above process will not be accepted.
If our logistics partner does not service your pickup location, the return must be couriered by the customer at their own cost to the address provided.
Cases Eligible for Exchange / Return (International Orders)
Case 1: Damaged or Defective Product
- Report within 24 hours of delivery
- Email clear images of the damaged/defective area
- Our team will review within 2 business days and offer either an Exchange or Return
Case 2: Product Not Liked Due to Color Variation
- Report within 24 hours of delivery
- Applicable only if the color variation is significantly different from what was displayed
- Images must be shared for reviewResolution offered within 2 business days (Exchange or Return)
Case 3: Parcel Lost / Incorrect Delivery / Not Received
If a parcel is lost in transit, delivered incorrectly, or marked delivered but not received:
- We allow 7 business days for the courier partner to investigate
- Once confirmed as lost or undelivered, we will reship the same product(s)
- Refunds or alternative design replacements are not applicable in this case
