We do not offer refunds. However, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery if there’s a manufacturing defect or any considerable issue with the product.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Please note:

  • We do not exchange items for change of mind.

  • Certain items like gift cards, digital downloads, perishable goods, personal care items, and intimate products are not eligible for exchange.

  • Exchange requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

How to request an exchange:
If you notice a genuine issue with your product, just drop us an email at support@fabmark.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. If approved, you'll be asked to send the item back to - 90 Maritime Ontario Blvd #68, Brampton, ON L6S 0E7, Canada.

Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
